Key Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
2. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end accounts.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
5. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth financial operations.
6. Ensure all financial activitiesply with school policies and relevant regulations.
Key Skills/Experience:
7. A relevant accounting qualification would be beneficial.
8. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
9. Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
10. Effective verbal and writtenmunication skills.
11. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
