Laboratory technician
I am currently recruiting for a laboratory support staff for a food testing laboratory based in Wolverhampton
This is a contract role with high potential for extension
Key responsibilities:
Receipt and registration of samples.
Preparing samples
Analysing food samples
LIMS coding and logging, ensuring the system and sample logs are up-to-date.
Flexibility to do admin and aid in the laboratory when needed.
To carry out all activities in accordance standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in working within warehouse, production or similar busy environment- full training would be provided.
Science graduates are welcome to apply but please note that this role will be within sample reception team with occasional tasks in laboratory analysis department.
Exemplary IT and communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent attention to detail.
Please note the working hours are Monday to Friday 2pm-10.00PM
Candidates must have full eligibility to work in UK without restrictions.
