This position sits within a market-leading Financial Services Risk practice, focused on the evolving regulatory agenda impacting the Asset & Wealth Management sector.
The successful individual will operate as a visible subject matter expert—engaging not only with senior internal stakeholders, but also directly with:
1. C-suite client leadership teams
2. Regulators and policymakers
3. Industry trade associations
4. Senior figures across the wider FS market
This is not a back-office policy role. It is a commercially focused, externally facing position for someone who can interpret where regulation is going next—and articulate what that means for the market before others do.
The role
You’ll play a key role in shaping forward-looking regulatory insight across the Asset & Wealth Management landscape.
Responsibilities will include:
5. Horizon scanning emerging regulatory and supervisory developments
6. Producing high-quality thought leadership, insight papers, commentary and client publications
7. Advising internal stakeholders and client teams on evolving regulatory expectations
8. Acting as a subject matter expert across client engagements
9. Engaging with regulators, policymakers and trade bodies
10. Supporting client events, training sessions and market-facing initiatives
11. Helping shape commercially relevant propositions for the wider practice
12. Contributing to broader discussions around regulatory policy, supervision and market impact

Package
