Role: Electronics Process Technician (PCB Assembly)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE £35,000+)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 16:15, Friday 08:00 – 14:00
Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Interaction have partnered with an established electronics manufacturing & testing facility based in Huntingdon. With over 30 years industry experience & continuous growth – we are now supporting this client in a brand new opportunity for an driven individual to join the surface mount machining department a full time permanent basis.

The Role:
10. To machine using a Europlacer, manufacturing components for the electronic industry
11. Hands on role when machining components to tight tolerances alongside operating on a surface mount
12. Collaborate within departments to ensure a good level of communication
13. Solder Place Printing & operate the SMT Lines
What we need from you:
14. Previous experience within PCB Assembly, surface mount technician or electronics based environment.
15. Understanding of Europlacer machinery would be advantageous
16. Excellent communication capabilities, liaising between departments
17. A willingness to learn & develop with scope to learn electronics, machine programming and/or inspection
