Commitment: 10–40 hours per week, fully remote and asynchronous
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
* Develop and validate coding benchmarks in Kotlin or React Native
* Curate tasks, solutions, and test suites from real-world Android code repositories
* Ensure benchmarks include robust unit and integration tests for solution verification
* Debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to guarantee reliability and reproducibility
* Provide structured feedback on solution clarity and adherence to Android engineering best practices
Ideal Qualifications
* Strong experience as an Android mobile engineer at tech companies or as a mobile freelance developer
* Strong proficiency in Kotlin programming language
* Experience with debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate technical reasoning
