Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Delivery Lead to take ownership of the technology services that keep our HR, Treasury, and Finance teams running smoothly. You’ll make sure our platforms are reliable, compliant, and cost-effective, while constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for users and customers. You’ll tackle risk, manage obsolescence, and deliver changes that help the business grow, all while keeping things efficient and impactful.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on challenge and wants to make a real difference. You’ll build and guide a high-performing team, manage budgets, and work closely with stakeholders and vendors to get things done. With a practical, agile mindset, you’ll connect strategy to action, break down silos, and create a culture where transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement aren’t just words; they’re the way we work.

What will your day look like?


* Own the delivery roadmap – Manage and prioritise the technology backlog for HR, Treasury, and Finance, ensuring every initiative aligns with business strategy.
* Lead change and transformation – Drive major technology initiatives in partnership with architecture, CTO, and transformation teams, balancing long-term strategy with daily operations.
* Build and guide the team – Line manage 3–5 colleagues, coaching, developing, and creating high-performing, agile teams that deliver sustainable results.
* Manage vendors and stakeholders – Lead relationships with technology partners, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, strong governance, and clear accountability.
* Ensure robust, compliant systems – Keep technology platforms resilient, secure, performant, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Drive innovation and efficiency – Identify opportunities for automation, emerging technologies, and process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and create competitive advantage.



What do we expect from you?


* Leadership with impact – Ability to lead with clarity, purpose, and empathy, inspiring teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.
* Delivery expertise – Experience building, managing, and delivering product or change roadmaps using agile, iterative, or outcome-focused approaches.
* Treasury & Finance knowledge – Strong understanding of operational needs within a regulated financial services or specialist banking context.
* Regulatory insight – Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to translate changes into actionable technology priorities.
* Stakeholder and partnership management – Proven capability influencing and collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders across business and technology.
* Governance, risk, and financial management – Experience establishing delivery governance, managing budgets, and implementing controls to mitigate risk and ensure success.
* Technology understanding – Sound grasp of technology fundamentals, able to challenge constructively, make informed decisions, and hold teams and vendors accountable.

People leadership and team development – Experience building inclusive, high-performing teams, developing capability, supporting growth, and driving sustainable performance.
