Reports to: Head of OOH & Wholesale

What?

Inspired by nans tasty recipes Flawsome! turn unwanted wonky & surplus fruit into delicious cold pressed fruit drinks. Our philosophy is simple. Create craft drinks, sustainably and tasty as grandma intended.


About us

It all started in our nan's orchard with one wonky idea. Why do we care more about how an apple looks than how it tastes? Flawsome! believes in giving perfectly-imperfect fruit a second chance by turning surplus produce into refreshing juice.

What is the role?


We're on the lookout for someone with wholesale & On Trade account management experience as well as QSR and convenience.


* We are seeking an individual with 4+ years of experience in sales or customer service to cater to our valued customers. This role involves building On Trade business.
* You'll be expected to: communicate with current customers, find and contact new customers, book in online meetings, organise sample sendouts, convince accounts to list products, organise and run sampling sessions and follow up afterwards.
* You will also have to do some desk work, including filling in listing forms, keeping notes about customers on our CRM system, analysing sales figures
* You will have to be able to organise your own travel around the the country, and occasionally in London trains/buses (all reimbursed).
* You will also support our team with attending occasional trade shows, sampling events and buyer/catering manager meetings.


Responsibilities:

* Maintain and grow our current distribution base
* Support our customers with what they need!
* Many customers occasionally need support, including sampling sessions, Point of sale materials, information on product range etc
* You should always be thinking about how you can encourage sites to grow their sales - either with their current range or getting them to list additional products



Drive new business

* Identify, pitch and win new customers for Flawsome! across the Wholesale & On Trade
* Help will be given to support you start on this journey, but you have to have the ambition to go out and get people to believe in Flawsome! by yourself.


Manage your time and your tasks

* You will have a lot on your plate, between in-person sampling sessions and email conversations, but you should be confident about staying on top of it.


The role is perfect for someone who…


* Has 4+ years experience in sales or customer service
* Has a genuine passion for sustainability
* Loves getting other people interested in their passions and can build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
* Has great interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate with multiple decision makers at various levels, realising the value every person can bring.
* Has strong organisational skills, as you will have to organise online meetings, emails and in-person visits


In return, you will be given a massive opportunity to advance your career and step up internally to Senior National Account manager level within 18 months if you prove yourself.
