Hatched Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded IT services company in South Wales to recruit a 2nd Line IT Technician to join their growing support team. This is a key role, supporting both in-house teams and clients across a variety of environments. You'll act as the technical bridge between 1st line support and senior engineers-handling cloud services, networks, servers, and more advanced diagnostic work. What you'll be doing: - Responding to and resolving 2nd line technical issues, both remotely and on customer sites. - Supporting cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, and complex diagnostics. - Assisting the 1st line team with escalated technical queries and mentoring where needed. - Liaising directly with clients to troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, helpful guidance. - Evaluating new technologies and software to stay ahead of the curve. - Performing system checks, updates, and OS re-installations as required.
