Support Worker
Permanent, part-time (22.5 hpw), on a 2-week rolling rota.
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) [pro rata] and enjoy great benefits including a Health Cash Plan.

As our Support Worker, you’ll support customers with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities to develop their skills to live more independently. Typical day as our Support Worker
* Assisting customers with practical daily tasks to foster independence, helping them reach their support plan goals.
* Supporting customers with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
* Helping with activities like cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving to independent living if possible.
* Conducting risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Engaging in conversations, building rapport, and working collaboratively with colleagues.

Job details
* Flexible start and finish times to meet customer needs.

* Using technology for updating support plans, online learning, and collaboration.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required, which we will pay for.
