We are looking for an Account Director to join our tight-knit team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (with the potential to convert to a permanent role) starting in May. If you have a ferocious "can-do" attitude and a hunger to get the world’s best work into the wild, we want to hear from you.
The Role
Supporting a Business Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day delivery for some of our most iconic accounts, specifically focusing on a major travel and loyalty leader. You’ll be the bridge between ambitious client briefs and groundbreaking creative output, ensuring every campaign is effective, efficient, and aligned to the strategy.
What You’ll Do
* Drive Excellence: Interpret client briefs with an eye for "what it could be" opportunities to elevate the work.
* Creative Partnership: Lead creative conversations to ensure work remains high-standard and aligned with brand guidelines while maintaining its creative integrity.
* Relationship Management: Build deep trust and transparent ways of working with both external clients and internal studio stakeholders.
* End-to-End Ownership: Manage project finances, from building SOWs and resource planning to ensuring everything stays on time and on budget.
What You Bring
* Integrated Experience: Background in digital innovation (app and website builds) and Through-The-Line (TTL) campaign delivery is highly beneficial.
* Strategic Mindset: An interest in strategy and the ability to judge if work truly hits the mark.
* Operational Brilliance: Incredible attention to detail and a knack for keeping complex jobs on track.
