Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Germany
The Company:

* Their platform is already used by world-leading industrials and infrastructure operators ( automotive OEMs, renewable energy players, transport authorities).
* Significant growth focus on the DACH market – the most strategically important region for the business.
The Role:
* Drive enterprise sales across infrastructure, industrial, energy, and automotive clients.
* Lead strategic expansion in existing accounts, shifting customers from legacy solutions to full platform adoption.
* Build relationships with senior stakeholders (C-Suite, Project Directors, IT, Operations).
* Orchestrate complex, multi-threaded deals in partnership with solutions consultants and customer success teams.
* Manage long-cycle, high-value enterprise sales motions with both asset owners and contractors.
* Play a key role in one of the most exciting go-to-market build-outs in DACH right now.
The Requirements:
* 5+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
* Strong ability to position value at senior/executive level and influence strategic decisions.
* Background selling into infrastructure, energy, industrials, or large-scale manufacturing a plus.
* Experience handling complex deals with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
* Fluent/native German & English required.
* Based in Germany, ideally within reach of Munich, with flexibility to travel.
The Process:
* 1st: Introductory call with Talent Acquisition / Hiring Manager.
* 2nd: Role play & business case presentation.
* Final: Panel with senior leadership.
* Target process: 2-3 weeks from first conversation to offer.
