The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Team Lead to take ownership of an established Technology Contract or Perm recruitment desk in our London HQ.

This is a genuine leadership role — ideal for someone who loves developing others, leading by example, and driving business performance.


What You’ll Do

* Lead by example through proactive business development, client meetings, and networking.
* Manage, motivate, and develop consultants from trainee to senior level.
* Grow and maintain key client relationships across the Technology market.
* Recruit and train new consultants, creating a culture of high performance.
* Champion Gravitas’ core values every step of the way.


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a Technology niche).
* Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
* Experience developing consultants at varying levels.
* A hands‑on leadership style with genuine passion for coaching others.
* Ambition to grow into one of our Global Future Leaders.
