ZW Clinics is an industry-leading specialist podiatry and biomechanics centre with a reputation for clinical excellence and innovation. We are passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love, and we are looking for a motivated podiatrist to join our forward-thinking multidisciplinary team.
Working alongside podiatric surgery, physiotherapy, and advanced gait analysis services, including in-house 3D orthotic design and printing. This role offers exceptional opportunities for clinical development rarely available in standard podiatry positions.
Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of Podiatric care, ensuring excellent treatment experiences and adhering to our client's clinical and personal needs
* Perform a wide range of Podiatry treatments, including Core Routine Podiatry,
MSK/Biomechanics, Shockwave Therapy, Sports Taping, Nail surgery, Verrucae treatment,
Fungal nail management, Gait analysis and data collection/input, Footwear advice, Custom orthotic prescriptions, Rehabilitation programmes etc.
* Support and collaborate with other staff members with complex treatments and customer care
* Handle customer complaints effectively, following procedures and ensuring resolution
* Contribute to the implementation of new procedures and protocols, promoting health, safety, hygiene, clinical standards, and treatment protocols across our clinics
* Promote our full range of products (Training will be given during induction week)
* Manage clinic supplies, stock ordering, and external partnerships to enhance our services
* Act as a clinical ambassador of ZW Clinics, representing at events, press engagements, and with clients and other organisations

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Podiatry
* Registered with the HCPC (Health and Care professions council)
* A member of the Royal College of Podiatry for insurance purposes
* Ability to provide a CV and a covering letter as part of the application process
* Preferably had experience in private practice
* Familiarity with clinic software is desirable

Schedule:
* Primarily Monday to Friday
* Weekend/ evening hours may be requested
You will be entitled to 2 additional days of annual leave for CPD. These days will be at your discretion and will have an allowance of £500 to spend on CPD training (Pro Rata: i.e., 5 days a week: £100 per day per year).
