Position Summary
You will be responsible for client staffing allocation and liaising between clients and the managing director regarding clinical staffing levels, doctor performance outcomes and data management for this fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
· Develop, implement, and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.
· Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations.
· Monitor performance metrics and analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement.
· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
· Lead and supervise department managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Identify and mitigate operational risks.
· Report on operational performance to senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations
Essential criteria:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical operations, including 2+ years in a management or leadership role
· Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
· Proficient in using operations management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable criteria
· Experience in healthcare/ medech/clinic management or business administration
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
