Associate Director are responsible for leading more complex programmes of work and co-ordinating multiple projects for clients, demonstrating strong technical expertise in particular areas and providing mentoring support and management to more junior members of the TDD team. You may lead a virtual team of consultants delivering high-quality work to clients and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.In the role you will:• Lead teams: Manage and motivate matrix teams of consultants to deliver high-quality projects, develop their skills, and achieve business growth targets.• Deliver services: Deliver EDD consulting services to clients, including; portfolio and asset level work.• Business development: Build relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth.• Service delivery: Manage services to meet the agreed client outcomes and the commercial targets we have set for the work.Person Specification/RequirementsA natural collaborator, able to foster and maintain relationships.Proactively seeks responsibility and opportunity to broaden and deepen both technical and non-technical skills to progress their career for the benefit of themselves and the TDD team.Good experience in leading client projects in a large business setting. Able to identify problems and issues and address these with clients or teams in a simple and diagnostic way while delivering the best outcomes for the client and CBRE.• Able to communicate concisely, clearly and articulately; and demonstrates natural ability to adapt their style to the audience.• Able to manage client and stakeholders expectations and be proactive and positive in their outlook, and find solutions to problems as they arise.
