The Role:
We’re on the lookout for efficient, enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting
Associates to join our events team. This is a hands-on, physically active role
where no two days are the same. You’ll be setting up and breaking down event
spaces, serving food and drinks, working the bar, and most importantly - helping deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
* Set
up and take down event spaces including furniture, equipment, and service
areas
* Serve
food and beverages during sit-down meals, buffets, and networking
receptions
* Assist
with bar service and the flow of guests throughout the event
* Provide
friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times
* Follow
clear instructions from event leads and supervisors to ensure smooth
delivery
* Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation
What We’re Looking For:
* Ability
to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong
communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* Excellent
attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
* Previous
experience in food service, events, or hospitality is highly desirable
* Presentable
and professional appearance with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
* Reliable,
proactive, and comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and
weekends
