Are you a motivated individual looking to rapidly progress your career in sales / recruitment within a growing SME who will prioritise your training and development, to ensure your progression to management, whilst earning up to 40% commission rates, with a realistic OTE of £35-55k in year 1, and £70-100k in year 2?
We pride ourselves on our personal touch here at Ernest Gordon, so we want to tell you more about us. The team you would be joining is headed by one of our fastest rising Recruitment Manager's Matt. Matt only joined in September 2022 and hit the ground running, achieving promotion 3 times on the bounce and becoming one of the top billers in the company. He has the goal of growing his team to become the biggest and best at Ernest Gordon and is looking for individuals to join him and lead the charge in the Bristol HQ.
