Insurance Partnerships Manager

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Partnerships Manager to lead strategic relationships across the insurance and brokerage sectors, driving adoption of a cutting-edge flood forecasting solution.
What You'll Do:
1. Build and manage high-value partnerships with insurers, brokers, and industry bodies
2. Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business growth
3. Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver impact
4. Represent the brand at industry events and drive thought leadership
5. Identify co-branded and revenue-generating opportunities
6. Track partnership performance and report to senior leadership
What You Bring:
7. Proven experience in B2B partnerships, ideally in insurance or insurtech
8. Strong commercial and strategic thinking
9. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
10. A proactive mindset and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
