We are working with a well-established pension services firm is expanding its SIPP administration team and is looking to appoint two experienced SIPP Administrators to support a growing client portfolio. These roles sit within a collaborative admin function, working alongside specialist teams responsible for banking reconciliations and annual valuations. You’ll be part of a structured team environment, supported by a Team Leader, with a clear focus on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant pension administration. Key responsibilities include: Processing day-to-day SIPP administration in line with scheme rules and regulatory requirements Supporting contributions, benefits, transfers, and general member queries Liaising with internal teams, advisers, clients, and third-party providers Maintaining accurate records across internal systems Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support team workflow and service delivery Adhering to internal controls, procedures, and service level agreements About you: Previous experience in SIPP or pensions administration is highly desirable Backgrounds in financial planning, wealth management, or pension services would be well suited Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Comfortable working in a team-based, process-driven environment Confident communicator with a professional and collaborative approach If you feel that you do not fit 100% of these requirements, but have relevant industry experience, we encourage you to apply!
