Do you enjoy working across different age groups and adapting to meet a variety of learning needs? We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working within mixed year groups. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language, SEMH) Work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) Adapt learning activities to meet individual EHCP and support plan targets Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development Promote inclusion, independence, and positive behaviour strategies Liaise effectively with class teachers, SENCO, and parents Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting Is confident working across different age phases (EYFS–KS2) Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils Is flexible, proactive, and a strong team player Holds a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirab...
