Job Description
3. Maintaining Sales Ledger : Accurately record and update all sales transactions in the ledger.
4. Customer Invoicing : Generate and send invoices to customers, ensuring all details are correct.
5. Payment Processing : Handle incoming payments, apply them to the correct accounts, and update records.
6. Credit Control : Monitor outstanding debts, follow up on overdue payments, and assist in resolving payment issues.
7. Reconciliation : Regularly reconcile the sales ledger with bank statements and other financial records.
8. Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales ledger status and outstanding debts.
9. Communication : Liaise with customers and internal departments to address queries and ensure smooth transaction processing.

11. Numerical Proficiency : Strong mathematical skills to handle financial data and perform calculations.
