What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
* A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day running of your designated room
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
* Support, mentor, and develop team members
* Plan and oversee engaging learning experiences that support children's development
* Monitor children's progress through observations and assessments
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards are consistently maintained
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
