This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a genuine love for hospitality, wine, and events, who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on role and isn’t afraid to get stuck in across all areas of the business — from front-of-house to kitchen coordination. As General Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a unique space that blends high-quality food and drink with a busy events calendar. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, overseeing events execution, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring smooth service every day.
