We are actively looking for a qualified Lifeguard to work with our client, a busy holiday park based in Bude.
Temporary position ongoing until May with the possibility of this being extended.
The Role/responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the safety of all guests, Supervising all swimming pool users
2. Provide excellent customer care.
3. Maintain high lifeguarding standards
4. Performing routine pool testing and monitoring chemical levels
5. Keeping the pool area and surrounding facilities clean and presentable
6. Carrying out cleaning tasks between sessions and at the end of each day
7. Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered and in line with the normal operating procedure (NOP)
8. Deep cleans of the pool areas.
Requirements:
9. A relevant and up to date National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) with appropriate first aid and resuscitation qualifications.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills
11. Passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and the environment.
12. Guest focused approach – professionally informal style that leaves guests feeling hosted and held.
13. Desire to deliver a unique and genuine experience.
Pay/working hours:
14. £14ph
15. Mileage paid at .45p per mile for a driver only.
16. 4- 5 shifts per week
17. Shift times 9am- 1pm and 2pm- 6pm
We pay weekly, every Friday, plus you will accrue holiday pay.
