About the role
SpearPoint BD is hiring Business Development Representatives to generate high-quality, sales-qualified meetings for leading cybersecurity vendors through structured outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
What you’ll do
* Run outbound campaigns to engage senior cybersecurity decision-makers
* Deliver strong discovery conversations and book qualified client meetings
* Represent SpearPoint BD professionally in all prospect interactions
* Maintain accurate CRM records and meeting reports
* Own accounts and campaigns to consistently deliver results
Performance expectations
* Target of 8 client-accepted qualified sales engagements per month
* High activity environment with a strong focus on calling, conversations, and conversions
* Continuous improvement in sales skills, cybersecurity knowledge, and qualification quality
What we’re looking for
* Confident communicator with outbound sales or SDR experience
* Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven role
* Ability to work at a minimum of 2 days per week from our Basingstoke office.
