What You’ll Do
* Lead 3 Development Executives from day one, with full scope to grow the team
* Target mid-market and corporate insurance clients, converting larger opportunities with support from project teams
* Make the most of established leads, introducers, and marketing activity
* Deliver tailored insurance solutions with full broking support
* Coach, develop, and inspire your team while setting performance standards
Who You Are
* Experienced in commercial insurance sales, ideally with senior or leadership exposure
* Results-driven and motivated by opportunities to grow revenue
* Confident leading, coaching, and developing others
* Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Commercially minded and ready to take ownership of a growing function
