This role is to work as bank/back-up cover for our two children's care packages in Eastbourne & Hailsham. It is a bank/part-time position to fill in for regular team members, with potential for permanent shifts in the future.

Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker with our young clients in Eastbourne.
When you'll be working:
* Bank cover for regular team shifts initially, with potential for permanent shifts later
* Shifts in Eastbourne: Mon-Fri evenings (4pm-8pm), Sat 8am-3pm, Sun 9am-4pm
* Shifts in Hailsham: Mon-Fri mornings (6.30am-8am), Mon & Fri after school (3.30pm-6.30pm), Sat 9.30am-6pm
What you'll be doing:
This role involves working across two children's care packages in Eastbourne and Hailsham, supporting clients with complex health needs at home.
We are seeking someone to join the team on a bank basis, covering shifts for regular team members during their absence. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
