We are seeking a Project Manager and Business Analyst to support a large‑scale OMS migration programme impacting Back Office settlements and accounting systems. The role focuses on ensuring continuity of post‑trade operations, accuracy of financial postings, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout system change and migration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supported settlement and accounting system migration across the post‑trade landscape.
2. Engaged with Settlements, Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology to define end‑to‑end requirements.
3. Documented current and future state processes, data flows, and control points.
4. Produced functional specifications, process maps, and impact assessments.
5. Supported UAT, parallel runs, and post‑implementation validation.
6. Ensured changes adhered to governance, operational risk, audit, and regulatory standards.

8. Proven experience supporting OMS and post‑trade platform migrations, including data migration, testing, and legacy system decommissioning.
