2. Managing bookings and referrals through email, phone, or self-referrals.
3. Handling petty cash for travel expenses or small purchases.
4. Gathering feedback from participants through surveys or follow-ups.
5. Monitoring CCTV and controlling access to restricted areas.
6. Ordering supplies, like stationery or refreshments.
7. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines by checking equipment.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in criminal justice and supporting rehabilitation, so criminology graduates could be a good fit. Ideally, you have worked or volunteered on a similar project with vulnerable clients facing similar challenges. Strong organisational skills and demonstrable admin experience are essential. You’ll need strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a range of people.
