A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office/Property Manager on a breathtaking country estate in North Wiltshire.
This exciting dual role combines land agent/property management duties with general office management whilst being the primary point of contact at the Estate Office.
We are looking for:
Someone confident and personable who possesses masses of initiative coupled with the ability to manage a varied workload.
A background in property management and/or experience as a land agent would be greatly beneficial.
Fluency in English is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
• Insurance reviews and claim management
• Shooting and fishing syndicate administration
• Management of estate vehicle fleet
• Implementing regulative requirements (such as EPCs, gas certificates etc)
• Collation of contractor RAMS, EL and PL insurance records
• Maintaining and upholding Public Rights of Way across the Estate
• Updating the Estate website and social media
• Liaison with contractors regarding maintenance issues
• Raising of Head of Terms, Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements and any licences for new or expiring tenancies
• Maintaining the Estate Residential Property handbook and associated manuals, electronic files and record keeping
• Advising on restrictive covenants
• Management and transfer of utility, and council tax accounts and inventories
• Negotiation of land and property acquisition and disposal
This position is full-time, 9am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday and based on site near Malmesbury SN16.
