A rapidly growing global consumer products manufacturer is seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to drive export sales, international market growth, and new distributor acquisition. This role focuses on expanding global territories, winning high‑value commercial deals, and building strong international partner networks.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales and market entry strategies

Build and convert a strong global new‑business pipeline
*
Recruit, manage and grow distributor and reseller networks
*
Lead proposals, bids and tenders for major international contracts
*
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and long‑term agreements
*
Represent the business at international trade shows
*
Report on pipeline performance and new business wins
Essential Experience

Proven success in international business development
*
Strong track record in export sales and global market expansion

Experience managing international distributors/resellers
*
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills
*
Target‑driven with strong commercial awareness

Willing to travel internationally
