If you're an ambitious and dedicated CSR Assistant, ready to make an impact, we've got a space with your name on it The main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for overseeing the initiatives of all our charitable partners, actively promote and participate in group activities such as Million Minutes and Green Deal and coordinate external events. The individual with sit within the wider Facilities and Partnerships team who are responsible for the day to day operation of our sites and the health and safety of our people. We also look after partnerships which includes charitable partnerships and collaborations for volunteering and health and wellness. Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow As a CSR Assistant at Tandem your focus will be on: Being the driving force behind our people getting involved in charitable initiatives Engaging with existing charitable partners to develop a strategy for our people to be involved with their initiatives. Report the data from the above. Identify and build internal relationships in order to foster buy-in to existing and future CSR initiatives with the aim of integrating ethical policies and behaviour into everyday business practices. Act as a business contact by actively engaging with community organisations (charities etc.) in order to drive social and environmental impact. Help organise CSR events that engage internal and external stakeholders by owning the administrative and logistical aspects. Quality-assure internal and external projects and campaigns, both in the UK and where applicable in other countries, to ensure that activities are CSR compliant with regulatory standards. We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience of working with charitable organisations. Have experience of carrying out due diligence on charitable organisations. Can get people to sign up to volunteer their time through a host of initiatives Have experience of general office management, to manage their diary and a host of charitable partners.
