Job title: Marketing Manager – Automations (Maternity Cover) Intro: The CRM automations manager is responsible for designing, implementing and optimising automated CRM campaigns that will enhance the guest experience, drive engagement through the customer lifecycle and maximises the long term revenue opportunity for Premier Inn. This will encompasses service emails (for example booking confirmation, pre stay) as will as behavioural triggers and lifecycle messaging. This role is pivotal in our goal to increase Guest Lifetime Value as they will be accountable for post booking upsell/cross sell as well as communications designed drive retention. Identify key moments in the customer journey and/or lifetime to implement automated communications Design, implement and manage CRM workflows and automations across email and other comms channels Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across the different stages of a guest’s interactions with us from account creation, through first booking and into loyalty and retention.
