You will be working in the Infrastructure team in where we are responsible for working with National Highways on a £679 million transformation of the A428, unlocking faster, smoother journeys between Milton Keynes, Bedford and Cambridge. This project will save precious commuting time, cut carbon emissions and open up long‑term opportunities for local people and businesses.
We are currently looking for a Digital Delivery Coordinator who will support project leads and the management team in coordinating design and project interfaces, mitigating risks, reporting on digital collaboration activities, and driving project-level integration and communication.
As the Digital Delivery Coordinator, you will:
1. Support design-to-construction through Digital Delivery (4D, 5D and 5D+) to improve sustainability, buildability, carbon, logistics and safety outcomes.
2. Coordinate and assure Digital Delivery in line with the Information Requirements.
3. Manage Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDPs) and support the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) to keep project and supply chain deliverables aligned with the Employer’s Information Requirements.
4. Produce coordination reports on interfaces across design, engineering, construction, and temporary/permanent works
5. Run Digital Delivery clinics to support teams in delivering the project digital strategy.
We are looking for:
6. Appropriate professional qualification & demonstrable delivery experience
7. Thorough knowledge of Digital implementation on a project
8. Knowledge and awareness of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies
9. An understanding of engineering, data analytics and commercial awareness
10. Experience working with 3D modelling software, particularly AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Revit
11. Experience with other software tools such as Dynamo & Power BI would be favourable
