The successful candidate will be paid up to £30 per hour dependent on experience. The role is initially for 3 month with the view to extend.
Responsible for:
1. social care assessments
2. support planning with young people and their families
3. assessing capacity on relevant decisions
4. liaising closely with health and education agencies
5. carrying out safeguarding enquiries
6. contributing to the team's duty rota
Minimum Requirements:
7. - SWE Registration
8. -2 year post qualifying experience within UK
9. -Eligibility to work in the UK
