We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with colleagues across the business, and play a key part in shaping the candidate experience at Stellantis Financial Services UK.
What you’ll be doing
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Partner with colleagues to understand and prioritise hiring needs.
* Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
* Prepare offer documents and support onboarding.
* Manage advertising channels and agency relationships.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
* Support recruitment tools, assessments, and compliance.
* Contribute to employer brand and process improvements.
* Provide flexible support to the wider HR Operations team.
Who we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building great relationships. You’ll need:
* Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle – essential.
* Experience sourcing directly through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter – essential.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Confident written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work with recruitment systems, databases, and reporting tools.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
* Resilience, adaptability, and a calm approach under pressure.
* CIPD qualification – desirable.
* Play a key role in shaping the way we attract and hire talent.
* Work as part of a supportive HR team with exposure across the business.
* Grow your skills in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employer branding.
* Build a career pathway toward roles such as HR Advisor.
