A brand new Accounts Assistant opportunity has arisen for an industry leading global business based in North Hampshire. Working within a small and friendly team, the role will encompass a wide range of day to day accounting activities. Key duties of the role include: Processing sales and purchase invoices Overseeing the bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts Processing supplier payments Performing credit control duties Allocating customer payments Balance sheet reconciliations Submitting VAT and intrastat returns Undertaking supplier account reconciliations Assisting with month end duties The desired candidate will have the following skills & experience: 2 years experience working in a busy finance role Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Intermediate level Excel ( pivot tables, v-look ups) Excellent interpersonal skills Able to work both independently and within a team Experience working in an international organisation The company offer a competitive benefits package including: Study support for CIMA / ACCA/ AAT (if required) Pension Flexible working hours Bonus Health insurance Car parking Close to public transport links You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
