Location: Newport (Office-based role)
Working pattern: Full time (Monday - Friday with early finish on Fridays)

Your role: What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing proposal and payout processes
·Liaising with suppliers and funders via email and phone
·Providing administrative support across the team
·Ensuring all documentation and data are accurate and up to date
·Supporting internal processes to help deals progress efficiently
·Being a friendly, professional point of contact for our customers
