We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Client Development Executive to support the growth and development of a client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within a consultancy or professional services environment.
This role blends business development and account management, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure an outstanding end-to-end client experience.
* Salary: £40K + commission
* Hybrid working: 2 days in London office and 1 day per week in Farnborough Head office
The Main Duties:
* Develop and grow relationships within existing client accounts
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across new and existing clients
* Support the full sales life cycle, from opportunity identification through to proposals and contract support
* Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
* Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met
* Help drive account growth, retention, and long-term client partnerships
