Job Opportunity: Qualified Physiotherapist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Physiotherapist to join the Lincolnshire Countywide Community Respiratory Team (CCRT). This role can also serve as a band 5/6 development post for an experienced band 5 clinician aiming to develop respiratory skills and knowledge to become a future Respiratory Specialist.
We have full-time hours available for a physiotherapist experienced in COPD and other chronic respiratory conditions, passionate about developing their skills, and committed to delivering high-quality respiratory care in the community. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and conscientious practitioner to join our team on a permanent basis.
Role Responsibilities
1. Support Senior Respiratory Specialists in planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating Pulmonary Rehabilitation across designated sites.
2. Manage a respiratory caseload requiring specialist intervention, including performing assessments and evidence-based treatments for patients with complex, multi-system pathologies.
3. Provide assessment and treatment for patients in the Respiratory Virtual Ward, including acute assessments, early supported discharge, oxygen therapy, and complex case management.
4. Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff working under them.

Team and Location
You will be part of a multidisciplinary respiratory team, including Nurse Specialists, Practitioners, Physiotherapy Specialists, Assistants, and Practitioners. The role requires excellent communication, task prioritization, and time management skills. Flexibility within the team and the ability to travel between locations are essential.
