Main Duties of the post
* Provide efficient administrative support to the engineering team as part of an administrative team.
* Receiving and processing telephone calls.
* Scanning/copying documentation and filing as required. Maintaining manual and electronic filing systems.
* Ensure an appropriate supply of office consumables and stationery for the Office.
* Assist in the production of letters, reports and preparing of information packs.
* Receive, prepare and enter documents regularly for distribution, using computer systems such as word processing and spreadsheets.
* From time to time undertake any other duties as requested by a Director.
* Assist in maintaining and keeping the company's social media accounts and internet presence up to date.
