This senior role leads two key areas of change management for Adult Social Care: the Achieving Better Outcomes Together transformation programme, and ASC digital business pathway improvements. The role drives demand management through prevention‑based change with the objective to maximise people's independence. Working right across Adult Social Care, the role holder will directly support the Deputy Director and wider senior leadership team to identify opportunities, co‑design solutions and deliver positive change.

* Leading the Systems Hub and Transformation Teams, ensuring digital and redesign work aligns with evidence‑based decision making and the strategic priorities of the leadership team and portfolio holder.
