We are proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious business who are currently looking to recruit a Claims Handler to join their bubbly, supportive team based in Ipswich. The role will entail delivering excellent service to clients and responsible for delivering key KPI’s that directly impact the profitability of the business.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· To accurately analyse claims and repair invoices, to ensure both client and internal quality measures are being achieved in line with processes/KPIs.
· Be accountable for successfully identifying the correct liable party and achieving their acceptance prior to handing over to the Recovery Specialist; pursue and manage the correspondence day to day.
· Be accountable for authorising repairs correctly and both client and internal quality measures are being achieved in line with processes/KPIs including.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Minimum education required is GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
· Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
· Excellent administration, numeracy and literacy skills.
· Professional and confident on the telephone.
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good verbal and written communication
