The Role
You will join the school as an Early Years Teaching Assistant, supporting teachers and children in creating engaging lessons and activities both indoors and outdoors. Your goal will be to help children reach their full potential academically and socially.
This role is full-time until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extension into September.
You will be expected to:
* Have a clear understanding of the early years framework and expectations.
* Be creative and work collaboratively to support teachers in planning fun lessons.
* Have a strong understanding of phonics.
* Support teachers with activities inside and outside the classroom.
* Be determined to succeed, persevering and finding solutions to problems.
* Be enthusiastic about developing children socially, physically, and intellectually.
* Build resilience in pupils.
