This role requires a technical, delivery‑focused Business Analyst with SDLC experience.
1. Hands‑on experience working across the full SDLC, supporting teams from design through to production
2. Proven system and application analysis experience within engineering‑led, API‑driven/web application environments
3. experience working closely with developers throughout build, test and release phases
4. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
5. experience producing functional specifications, process flows, flowcharts and data flow diagrams
6. Confident operating in agile product environments
7. Proactive self‑starter who actively seeks out information, stakeholders and solutions
8. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
9. experience working within global organisations and distributed development teams
Role Overview
This role is focused on improving the developer experience across the SDLC, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and control frameworks.
The role spans multiple applications, partnering closely with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to define, deliver and continuously improve compliant, low‑friction solutions.
Key Responsibilities
10. Act as a proactive, collaborative and inquisitive member of a cross‑functional product team
11. Understand customer and developer needs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions
12. Work closely with developers and technical leads to shape functional and system requirements
13. Write high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications
14. Validate requirements through testing (including BDD where applicable)
15. Design with customer impact in mind, minimising disruption
16. Support business process modelling, flowcharting and data flow documentation
17. Contribute to handovers, presentations and knowledge transfer
Nice to Have
18. experience using BDD frameworks and writing tests from requirements
19. experience with A/B testing, feature toggles and canary releases
20. A track record of driving improvements through pragmatic, innovative solutions
