Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality complex care in the community? We are launching a new Complex Care branch in North Lincolnshire and are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and driven leader to join us at this exciting time.
About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership and development of our complex care services across Scunthorpe and surrounding areas. You will ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to individuals with complex health needs, while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and promoting a culture of excellence and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the complex care branch.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
Recruit, train, and support a team of care professionals.
Build strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioners.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a similar complex care setting.
Proven leadership and management skills
Must hold a nursing qualification
In-depth understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
