to £35K basic OTE £43,750

As we expand our movement to make padel more accessible, social, and inclusive, we’re on the lookout for a Club Manager to launch our new club in Braehead that is due to open later this year. You’ll be part of a fast-growing brand redefining how people connect through sport. With support from an experienced leadership team and a vibrant community of players, this is a chance to help shape the future of padel in the UK from the ground up.
As club manager you will lead with heart, operate with precision, and build a club culture people want to return to again and again. Key responsibilities include:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all players and visitors.
2. Manage rotas, booking systems, court availability, and customer communications.
3. Champion our Soul Mates loyalty program and build local relationships that promote retention and referrals.
4. Have full commercial accountability for the club’s profit and loss performance.
5. Monitor and drive cost control measures and efficiency improvements across all club operations.
