<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>This post is open to newly qualified professionals and students who are due to qualify September 2026.</p><p>We have a fixed‑term vacancy opportunity for an experienced Community Nurse to strengthen community support for adults with Learning Disabilities in the West Cornwall team.</p><p>The Community Nurse joins an established nursing and multidisciplinary team. You will undertake nursing duties aligned to agreed Care Processes and Pathways, working closely with individuals, families and carers to deliver person‑centred assessment, intervention, monitoring and review.
