Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Lithuanian speaking Healthcare Support Worker to support a gentleman in his home with a brain injury.
About the role
Your role is to support working towards rehabilitation goals and daily support including personal care. You will be a driver so you can take the client to appointments and days out, and ideally speak both English and Lithuanian.
Clinical Skills Required
* Brain and spinal injury
* Medication administration
* Moving & handling
* Personal care
* PEG feeding
What We're Looking For
* At least 12 months' experience in a care role
* Someone confident, uses good initiative and communicates clearly
* Driver
* Passionate about delivering exceptional person‑centered care
Working Hours
Initially
Daily shifts at the rehab facility:
* 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
* 2:30 pm – 10:00 pm
Future
Expected transition to 12‑hour shifts once the client returns home
* Potential patterns: 7/7 or 8/8 rotation
* Timescale for this change is still being finalised
Pay
* £14.30 – £17.60 per hour
