Role:International Senior Sales Specialist Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (Office based) Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (Commission) Our client is seeking a driven, self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English; such as Spanish, French, German, or Romanian, is highly desirable. Duties of an International Senior Sales Specialist: Sales and Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while driving cross- and upselling opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and technical support. Research markets to understand distributor performance, competitors, and challenges. Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and client visits abroad. Planning and Reporting Maintain accurate sales records and manage follow-up activities. Plan and organize monthly and quarterly workloads independently. Contribute to sales meetings and provide regular updates to management. Collaboration and Support Work closely with sales and administrative teams to meet targets. Provide departmental cover during absences or busy periods. Support smooth cross-department operations.
